THE ELECTRICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THE CERAMIC AND THICK FILMS BASED ON SNO2-SB
Abstract
The electrical and physical properties of the ceramic and thick films based on antimony- doped tin dioxide was investigated. The results indicate that the electrical properties of films determined by the processes of charge transfer through the potential barrier formed by grain boundaries.
